For immediate release:

December 18th, 2025. At 8:20 p.m. the Lawrenceburg fire department was dispatched to a residential structure fire on Beckham avenue.

Initial reports advised heavy fire involvement with the occupant being unaccounted for. Crews arrived to find heavy fire conditions and began a transitional attack as crews began making entry the occupant was found to be safely accounted for at another location.

Fire crews work for an extended period conducting an interior attack in ventilation. The fire was brought under control in the scene turned over to members of the Lawrenceburg fire marshals.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation. No injuries occur during this incident. Crews were assisted by the members of ethridge fire department and New prospect fire department at the scene. Crossroads fire department assisted with coverage during the incident.
