The Columbia police department needs the public's assistance in locating a suspect wanted on attempted first degree murder charges.

 

 

According to the Columbia police department they are looking for Quortez Deshawn Duncan, 31, who is wanted on charges of attempted first degree murder after an altercation resulted in the suspect firing shots into the victim's vehicle.

The incident occurred on Sunday around 12:45 p.m. at the intersection of Warwick Avenue, and North James Campbell Boulevard when Duncan became involved in an altercation with a 27 year old male victim where the suspect fired multiple shots into the victim's vehicle while he was driving.

Luckily the male victim was uninjured in the altercation, but warrants were issued for Duncan's arrest where a photo of the suspect was released along with his height being around 6'3" and weight approximately 300lbs.
