The Lawrenceburg police department arrested an intoxicated man after he attempted "karate moves" on officers.

 

 

Lawrenceburg police officers were on patrol when they received reports of an intoxicated man walking along 4th Street near North Locust Avenue, and upon arrival officers witnessed the male subject staggering in the parking lot of the car wash.

Once officers approached the male subject he turned and "flipped officer's the bird" then proceeded to walk towards police while doing "karate moves."

The male subject ignored the officer's comand to stop the "karate moves" where it was clear to police that the man was severely intoxicated, and a danger to himself/others.

Police apprehended the male subject where he was arrested on charges of public intoxication, and was transported to the Lawrence County jail.
