Giles County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a man on attempted 2nd degree murder charges after he intentionally ran over a male victim.

 

The Giles County Sheriff's Department released the following information on Wednesday:

"On November 20, 2021, Giles County Deputies were called out to the 200 block of Greenway Road in response to a fight in progress.

Upon arrival, deputies discovered that Trevor Wilbanks had purposefully run over a male subject with his vehicle and fled the scene.

Warrants were issued for attempted 2nd degree murder and aggravated assault.

Trevor Wilbanks was later found and arrested for these charges."
