Lawrenceburg police officers were dispatched to reports of fraud after a victim's information was used to transfer tv services to a different address.

 

Lawrenceburg police officers were dispatched to a residence on Old Florence Road where a female victim told police that she had discovered after speaking with her television provider that someone had disconnected her tv services, and then reconnected them at a different address.

The victim gave officers the address where the services were transferred to as well as informing them that her account and social security numbers both were used to commit the fraud.

Police were able to get a potential suspect from the victim who told officers that someone had paid their bill for them where they would of had access to her account and social security numbers.

At the time of the report no arrest had been made pending an investigation at the address where services were transferred to.
