Suspect shatters window with hatchet in Downtown Nashville Tennessee.

Metropolitan Nashville Tennessee Police Department was dispatched on Sunday to the Batman Building on Commerce Street around 2:15 p.m to reference to a another officer hearing the sound of glass shattering while sitting in patrol vehicle.
The officer reportedly found a front window broken and 19-year-old Benjamin Russell inside the building, holding a hatchet.
Officers spoke with the property manager, who said the estimated damage to the building would cost $25,000 to repair.
Russell was booked into the Metro jail and charged with felony vandalism between $10,000 and $60,000. His bond was set at $25,000.
