A traffic stop by Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies resulted in a large drug bust which included pills potentially laced with fentanyl.


According to reports Deputies with the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on West Point Road where Susie Roberson, and Jesse Estes was arrested after several narcotics we're discovered inside the vehicle.

Deputies found approximately 550 30 mg tablets that were potentially laced with fentanyl, 40 grams of marijuana, 25 grams of mushrooms, gabapentin pills, and around $3,500 in cash.

After the traffic stop Deputies had probable cause to be able to search the residence that the vehicle came from which resulted in them finding more marijuana, gabapentin for distribution, heroin, 2 handguns, rifle, and a sawed off shotgun.
