Lawrenceburg police officers were dispatched to Fall River Road after a neighbor reported an altercation, and a man having his hand closed in a door.

 

 

Lawrenceburg police officers arrived at an apartment on Fall River Road after a neighbor had called regarding an altercation where police spoke with the female victim who stated that a male subject that she knew showed up at her residence yelling through her door where she believes that he may have been drinking, and refused to leave even after being told to.

The victim told police that the male subject asked her for some cigarettes so she threw some out the door where the man tried to prevent her from closing the door by putting his hand there, but she was able to eventually get the door closed then locked.

Due to previous calls on the male subject at the victim's apartment the man was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct where he was transported to the Lawrence County jail.
