Lawrence County man is facing attempted first degree murder, and aggravated burglary charges following Monday arrest.
According to reports the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office was dispatched on Monday to a residence on Cherry Street in Ethridge where a suspect had fired a gun at another individual.
Upon arrival authorities discovered that Clyde Calhoun had fired a gun at the Complainants boyfriend before fleeing from the residence.
An Ethridge Police Officer quickly apprehended Calhoun where he was transported to the Lawrence County Jail where he is facing attempted first degree murder, and aggravated burglary charges.
The victim was airlifted to a nearby medical facility with a facial wound near his left eye where Calhoun had bitten the man.
