The Columbia Police Department are investigating an aggravated burglary that occured on Monday.


The Columbia Police Department released the following surveillance, and details regarding an aggravated burglary:

"On Monday November 2nd, at approximately 10:30pm Columbia Police responded to Columbia Discount Tobacco on North High Street in reference to an aggravated robbery.

Video surveillance footage reveals a black male in a black Nike hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans enter the business, brandish a handgun, and rob the clerk of an undisclosed amount of cash.

Columbia Police are seeking assistance in identifying the individual responsible for this violent crime.
