NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) has asked for help from the public identifying a vehicle and driver that were suspected to be involved in a September road rage shooting.
The suspect involved was the driver of a silver Ford Expedition believed to be a 1997-2002 model. The MNPD said that the witness was described as a heavy-set white man in his 30s who was bald; he reportedly had a beard and face tattoos, including a tear drop on the left side of his face.
The road rage shooting happened on 300 block of Harding Place. At the time, police told News 2 that cars on Harding Place exchanged gunfire, resulting in a driver sustaining a gunshot wound to the leg. The suspect fled on Harding Place towards Interstate 24.The MNPD said that the leg wound was not life-threatening.
