Re: Former Killen Officer Seth Kimbrough arrested.

On 10/14/2026, Seth Kimbrough was arrested by Lauderdale County deputies after turning himself in on a recent Grand Jury indictment for Sex Abuse 1st.

The charge comes from a second investigation conducted by deputies that began around the time frame of Kimbrough’s October 2025 arrest for Shooting into Occupied Dwellings.

The Sex Abuse charge stems from Kimbrough, while on-duty, making unwanted sexual contact with a female.

After a full and complete investigation, evidence on all cases was presented to a Lauderdale County Grand Jury and indictments were returned on:
Shooting into an Occupied Building x3 (previously arrested)

Computer Tampering (previous)

Sex Abuse 1st Bond: $15,000
