Tennessee Governor Bill Lee, and his wife Maria quarantine at home after one his security detail test positive for COVID-19.
Tennessee Governor Bill Lee on Wednesday released the following announcement on his Twitter account:
"Today, a member of my Executive Security Detail tested positive for COVID-19.
I am feeling well and have tested negative for COVID-19, but out of an abundance of caution, I am quarantining at home with Maria until further notice."
Following the announcement Governor Lee's wife Maria issued a statement explaining that she has also tested negative for COVID-19, but that they will continue to quarantine at home for 14 days.
