Columbia Fire and rescue along with surrounding counties continue to provide aid to those affected by recent hurricane.

"Task Force 7 is doing well! Yesterday, they focused on searching debris piles, and today they continue this mission. We're currently in the process of adding and swapping some team members. Together we will maintain a strong crew of 15 personnel on the ground for the next few days.

Columbia, Spring Hill, Maury County, Mt Pleasant, and Lawrence County Departments have worked together to fulfill some supply requests to further assist the efforts.
