The suspect in the assignation of Charlie Kirk has been arrested and Identified.

Following authorities recovering a “high-powered, bolt-action rifle” used in the shooting from a wooded area Vice President JD Vance and second lady Usha Vance arrived in Arizona last night with Kirk’s casket on board Air Force Two.

President Donald Trump said on Fox News this morning: "I think, with a high degree of certainty, we have him."

Authorities have confirmed the arrest and said a family member of the suspect turned him in to police where the FBI had offered a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to the identification and an arrest.

The suspect arrested and accused of killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk has been identified as 22-year-old Utah resident Tyler Robinson.

At this time no further information has been released.
