Giles County Sheriff's Department reports a recent investigation leads to the arrest of Cecil Tatum, for Aggravated Rape of a Child.

In Tennessee, all persons are mandated reporters of child abuse and neglect. This means that if anyone has knowledge of or reasonable cause to suspect that a child is being abused or neglected, they are legally obligated to report it immediately.
