Highlights Of Loretto Board Of Aldermen Tuesday
The Loretto Board of Mayor and Aldermen met in regular session Tuesday night with a light agenda. A bid for the FY 2013-2014 Resurfacing Program which includes resurfacing city streets Kitty Meyer Lane and the South Lawrence Elementary School entrance, Johns Lane, Eells Drive, a portion of the City Park was awarded to Rogers Group.
An option to pave a parking area within the City Park contingent upon available funds was also approved.
City Leaders also announced a public involvement meeting on Thursday, September 18 from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. for the Park Master Plan.
Citizens will be able to view and comment on the proposed long range improvements suggested for the City Parks and their cost estimates.
