Lawrence County School receives freezer donation and meals for weekend backpack program.

David Crockett Elementary School issued the following statement regarding donation:

"A HUGE thank you to Quik Mart for supporting our DCES families!

We are so grateful for our new partnership with Quik Mart and their commitment to helping meet the needs of our students and families!

Through this partnership, DCES received a freezer and will also receive weekly deliveries of freezer meals to help supplement our weekend backpack program, which is generously sponsored by OK Baptist Church.

It truly takes a village, and we are incredibly thankful for community partners who step up to make a difference for our students. Thank you, Quik Mart and OK Baptist Church, for helping us take care of our Cougar families!
