Ballot Set For Upcoming City Elections
The field of competitors for the upcoming Cities of Lawrenceburg and Saint Joseph elections was determined with the close of the qualifying deadline Thursday.
Lawrenceburg voters will select three individuals to serve on the Board of Mayor and Commissioners. Incumbent Mayor Keith Durham is challenged by Richard L. Grimes. Incumbent council member Robin Williams is opposed by Barry B. Gobble, while incumbent Chad Moore is unopposed.
Saint Joseph voters will select two members for that city’s Board of Commissioners. The two will be selected from qualifiers Troy B. Burks, Bubba Carter, Mack B. Gable, David L. Green, and Michael Novem.
Elections for both cities will be included on the November 4 ballot.
