Maury County firefighters rescued a person who had fallen down embankment.

On Saturday, 8/15 @ 5:56PM, units were dispatched to Carpenters Bridge Rd for a person fallen down an embankment.

Responding units: Rescue 21, Truck 21, and Deputy 20.

Units positioned a staff vehicle near the river’s edge as an anchor and set up a 3:1 haul system. The patient was secured in a stokes basket and hauled to the top.

As the rope rescue was being conducted an LZ was established by MCFD for Air Evac Lifeteam 09- Lewisburg, TN.
