Charges Against Summertown Man Include Drugs, Child Neglect And Sexual Exploitation
Numerous charges were issued against a Summertown man on Monday including several drug offenses, child neglect and sexual exploitation of a minor.
Arrest reports show that Timothy Lee Morro, 42, of 280 Redstone Drive was served with the warrants around 2:00 p.m. while a prisoner in custody at the Lawrence County Detention Center.
Morro was charged with the crimes of illegal possession of Schedule II narcotics, illegal possession of Schedule III narcotics, two counts of illegal possession of Schedule IV narcotics, illegal possession of Schedule VI narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of aggravated child neglect or endangerment, especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, and unlawful possession of a weapon.
Morro was booked on the charges and was scheduled an initial appearance in Lawrence County General Sessions Court on Tuesday, August 27, 2013.
