Neighbor Expresses Anger After Running Into Clothesline
A Summertown resident requested to file a complaint with law enforcement officers during the weekend, saying that a neighbor had become angered after running into his clothesline.
The complainant reported that his neighbor had driven a four wheeler through his back yard Saturday and ran into his clothesline.
He said that the neighbor then went to the nearby home of his mother in law, stating that he was “going to have words” with the person who put up the clothesline, because he had ran into it and cut his eye.
The mother in law advised the man not to cross the yard in the future, and to stay off the property altogether.
Deputies made contact with the neighbor, noting that he had sustained a small cut on his left eye. They report that he continued to be upset about the clothesline. He was advised to stay off the property.
