A Tennessee pilot was able to walk away with only minor injuries after Thursday morning crash.

According to the Wilson County Sheriff's Office they were dispatched to Fall Creek Road around 9:30 a.m. Thursday morning in reference to a plane crash.

Fall Creek Road was temporarily shut down after the plan was reported to have made a hard landing, but thankfully, the pilot was able to walk away with only minor injuries.

At this time no further details have been released as the Federal Aviation Administration has been called to investigate the plane crash in Wilson County.
