Election Commission Announces Shorter Day

  Official with the Lawrence County Election Commission announce a change in office hours that begins this Monday.

  In the past, the election commission, situated on Centennial Boulevard, has been open to the public between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Beginning Monday, however, the business day will be shaved back by one-half hour. In the future the office will close its doors daily at 4:00 p.m.
