Woman Charged With Criminal Responsibility In Stat Rape Case
A Lawrenceburg woman is facing charges in connection with a statutory rape case.
Officials with the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department served a capias warrant issued by the Lawrence County Grand Jury, to her at the local jail on Monday.
Holli Michelle Wilburn, 35, of 337 Dunn-Fall River Road is charged with one count of criminal responsibility for statutory rape.
Wilburn is slated to answer the charge in Lawrence County Circuit Court on August 1, 2011.
