Chapman Preliminary Hearing Again Postponed
Preliminary hearing in connection with the March murder of a young Lawrenceburg mother has again been postponed.
Joshua Stanley Chapman, 29, was scheduled to appear in Lawrence County General Sessions Court Tuesday morning for preliminary hearing in connection with the March 28 murder of his wife, twenty-four-year-old Daysha Marie Price Chapman.
Daysha Chapman perished March 28 inside the couple’s 73 Piney Road home after sustaining gunshot wounds, including one round to the temple. Joshua Chapman was subsequently arrested on charges of first degree murder.
Preliminary hearing in the case has been rescheduled for Tuesday, September 7, 2010.
