Copper Thefts Continue To Plague Community
Copper continues to be a hot commodity in the world of thieves. A resident of Loretto reported yet another such theft on Tuesday.
Vincenzo Antonio Santini, 28, reported the incident through the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department. He indicat4ed that approximately $500 worth of copper had been stolen from his barn.
IN addition to the theft, Santini reported that the perpetrator broke a glass tractor door, causing damages. Total loss and damages were estimated to be $900.
