Loretto High School Principal Named
Lawrence County Director of Schools Bill Heath has named Dr. Jennifer Littleton as the new principal of Loretto High School.
Dr. Littleton has ten years of service in the Lawrence County School System, eight years as a mathematics instructor at Summertown High School and the most recent two years in the same position at Loretto High School.
Her education background includes a Masters Degree from Tennessee State University in Administration and Supervision, Education Specialists Degree from Middle Tennessee State University in Curriculum and Instruction, and an Education Doctorate from Tennessee State University in k-12 Administration and Supervision.
Dr. Littleton is married with two children, and is a Loretto resident. Director of Schools Bill Heath commented, “I am very excited to announce that Dr. Littleton is our new principal of Loretto High School.
She brings a great knowledge base and a tremendous skills set to the position. I look forward to great things from Loretto High School under her leadership in the near future.”
Dr. Littleton assumed the role on a full time basis July 5, 2011.
