Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies arrest a man on Tuesday for multiple charges including attempting to solicit a sexual act from an underage minor.

On Tuesday the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office arrested Levi Daniel Freeman who is originally from Florida for charges that came from an incident that occurred in May.

After Freeman was indicted on the charges Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies arrested the suspect at a residence on Buffalo Road.

Freeman is accused of attempting to solicit a sexual act from an underage minor along with multiple charges which include attempted aggravated statutory rape, driving under the influence, and public intoxication.

Deputies transported Freeman to the Lawrence County jail without incident.
