Strong Thunder Storm Powers Through Lawrenceburg

With scattered showers forecast for Monday, several rain storms popped up across the Mid State. A storm that blew through Lawrenceburg packed quite a punch, with reports of heavy downpours, lightning and small hail. The storm resulted in a number of reports of power outages.

The downpour flooded many Lawrenceburg streets, but was quickly drained away thanks to the city’s partially completed storm water drainage system.
