Subject: Motor Vehicle Crash with Entrapment

On the morning of June 20,2026 at approximately 5:00 AM Lawrence County Fire Rescue units were dispatched to a report of an IPhone Crash notification on Redhill Center Road in the Henryville Fire District. During our response, Lawrence County E-911 had obtained additional information from 911 callers on the scene of the vehicle crash.

The callers were on the scene confirming a motor vehicle crash with serious injuries, and entrapment. First arriving units were able to initiate patient care, and extricate the patient from the vehicle.

The patient was treated on scene by Lawrence County EMS and transported to the Henryville Fire Department’s helicopter landing zone. The patient was then transported by Air Evac to a level 1 trauma center.

The crash investigation was conducted by the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
