Woman Charged After Making Threats In Court
Court officials reported last week that an Ethridge resident had been issued charges after she made threats against another person during court proceedings.
On Monday, a Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputy charged with court duty, reported overhearing threatening comments made by Kimberly Kay Johnson, age 34, of 101 Foster Avenue, Ethridge. The deputy reports that while a Kentucky woman was walking out of the courtroom he heard Johnson warn the woman “You better watch your back…”
As a result a warrant was issued against Johnson, charging her with the crime of assault.
