Resident Says Persons Tried To Break In While He Was At Home
A resident of South Military Avenue in Lawrenceburg reported to police officers Friday that two people had tried to break into his house while he was inside.
The victim, age 22, filed a report with Lawrenceburg Police officers after 4:00 p.m. He told officers that he had heard a noise at his front door and looked out to find two people he knew attempting to gain entry.
He said he grabbed a hammer, then ordered them to leave and they did so.
The victim reported that one of the individuals was a former co-worker. He told officers that he does wish to prosecute.
