Lawrence County Sheriff's Department issued a BOLO for an erratic driver traveling at a high rate of speed close to 100 mph that resulted in the 45 year old man's arrest.

 

 

The Lawrence County Sheriff's Department issued a BOLO for an erratic driver in a green vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed with his blinkers on in Loretto where a deputy was able to locate the reckless motorist on Highway 43 near the intersection of Old Florence Road.

The deputy attempted to iniate a traffic stop, but the 45 year male subject refused to pull over where he continued traveling North reaching speeds close to 100 mph.

The male subject continued driving recklessly where at one point lost control veering into the two South bound lanes then back into the North bound before eventually pulling into Southern Tennessee
Regional Health System.

The male subject was arrested on charges of reckless endangerment, reckless driving, evading arrest, driving on a revoked license as well as possession of drug paraphernalia after a black pouch containing a torch lighter, glass pipe, and two drug snorting straws was discovered inside the subject's vehicle.
