Rendering of Nate Bargatze Nashville theme park released

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Storyland Studios has released a rendering of comedian and Nashville native Nate Bargatze’s theme park, “Nateland,” which would be right in Music City.

In November 2025, Bargatze announced his company, Nateland, and Storyland Studios partnered to bring a family-fun theme park to Nashville.

On Tuesday night, the company released a rendering of the theme park with News 2’s parent company, Nexstar Media Group. While no announcement of a location has been made, back in November, it was indicated that Nateland and Storyland Studios were working together to find a site for what will be an over-100-acre park. The theme park could also include key amenities like retail, dining and a hotel. Those are still being considered.

It is unknown whether Storyland Studios’ feasibility study for the project has been completed. Project officials said once it is, they will be turning their attention to investors to move the project forward.
