Law enforcement was dispatched to local pet grooming business in Lawrenceburg on Sunday after a motorist crashed into the building.

 

On Sunday law enforcement along with emergency personnel was dispatched to Heavenly Pet Grooming on Ellingson Street after a elderly female driver crashed into the business.

Reports indicate that the female driver was traveling northbound on First Avenue and as she approached the stop sign the driver accelerated instead of slowing down causing her vehicle to crash into the building of the pet grooming business.

The elderly female driver was injured in the crash where she was life flighted from the scene.

The business did substaine significant damage as a result of the crash, but thankfully the business was unoccupied at the time of the incident.
