Several Lawrence County residents woke early this morning to no power due to a transformer fire, but power has since been restored.

Several Lawrence County residents were with out power early this morning.

Lawrenceburg Firefighters were called to WO Smith Street in Industrial Park in the area near Cabinets To Go with a report of a transformer fire.

At the time of the fire Lawrenceburg Utility Systems had no estimated time for power restoration.

Several hours later the Lawrenceburg Utility Systems issued a statement that power had been restored in Central Lawrence County.
