Commercial Structure Fire

Lawrenceburg, TN — Fire crews responded to a reported commercial structure fire at 212 Springer Road, where firefighters encountered heavy smoke conditions throughout the building upon arrival.

An aggressive interior fire attack was initiated, and crews quickly located the seat of the fire in an aesthetics room. Firefighters were able to successfully contain the fire to the room of origin and the ceiling area directly above, preventing further spread throughout the structure.

Personnel remained on scene to ventilate the building and conduct a thorough search for any fire extension. Their efforts ensured the fire was fully extinguished and the structure was safe.

No injuries were reported among civilians or responding firefighters. Automatic aid was provided by ETHRIDGE FIRE DEPARTMENT and New Prospect Fire Department.

The cause of the fire has not yet been officially determined. The investigation is currently being conducted by members of the Lawrenceburg Fire Marshal’s Office.
