Early Voting Period To End Thursday
The early voting period for the Lawrence County Democrat Primary will draw to an end Thursday.
The two-week early voting period for the May 4 Democrat Primary got underway on April 14. It will end Thursday, April 29.
Those wishing to participate in Early Voting should stop by the Office of the Lawrence County Election Commission on Centennial Boulevard. You are encouraged to bring along your voter registration card in order to speed up the process.
If you do not make the early voting deadline you may still cast your vote for the candidate of your choice. Polls will open at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 4, 2010, and remain open until 7:00 p.m.
