Police Chief Adam Brewer stated:

“We are going to continue responding to the concerns of our citizens. Our goal is simple: protect the people who live here, enforce the law, and make it clear that ongoing criminal activity will not be ignored in Saint Joseph.”

City Manager Chris D. Jackson stated:

“The days of law-abiding citizens in Saint Joseph having their rights, peace, and quality of life infringed upon by those who choose to break the law are over. This effort goes hand in hand with Operation First Impression. Mayor Carter and Commissioners White and Passarella want this city clean, safe, and moving in the right direction, and that is exactly what we are going to do. A job well done to Chief Brewer, Captain Steadman and Loretto Inv. Mills today. "

Citizens are encouraged to continue reporting suspicious activity. Community involvement remains one of the most important tools in helping keep Saint Joseph safe.

All individuals are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
