Silver Alert issued for man missing from Giles County

GILES COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — A Silver Alert has been issued for a man missing from Giles County.

According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Cipriano Chavez, 77, was last seen in the Minor Hill area on Tuesday, April 21.

Authorities said he is believed to be traveling in a white 2011 Ford-150 with Tennessee tag 15PH69, adding he has a medical condition that could “impair his ability to return safely without assistance.”
