Theft Discovered During Move
A man who was in the process of moving residences reported to law enforcement authorities Tuesday that he had discovered a theft.
The twenty-three year old victim reported to deputies with the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department that he had been moving out of a residence on Princess Court in Loretto, and that the home had been unoccupied during the move.
The victim said that he returned to the home at around 7:45 that evening to find that someone had stolen a generator that had been left in the driveway. The yellow and orange Kawasaki brand generator was valued at $600.
