Vandals Hit Storage Buildings At Elementary School
Burglars targeted a Lawrenceburg elementary school overnight Tuesday, forcing their way into two storage buildings on the property.
Custodian Johnny Judkins notified Lawrenceburg Police Officers Wednesday morning that someone had vandalized doors on two buildings on the property; one portable storage unit and one permanent storage unit. He indicated that the damages occurred sometime after 9:00 p.m.
At the time reports were filed officials were uncertain whether anything had been stolen from the buildings. Investigation into the crime is continuing through the department’s Criminal Investigation Division.
