Harassment Via Facebook Eyed By Law Enforcement Officials
Law enforcement officials initiated an investigation Monday into allegations that a Lawrenceburg man is being harassed on Facebook.
The victim, 19, reported the matter to Lawrenceburg Police officers Monday afternoon. He indicated that the harassment began after he filed an assault complaint against a Leoma man. The ensuing harassment was initiated by the man’s friend.
On Monday, he reported the friend posted multiple threats against him on Facebook. The victim reported he is interested in pursuing legal action in the matter. Investigation is ongoing.
