One fatality reported after wreck in Summertown over the weekend.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol preliminary report states that one man was killed, and three were injured in a crash on Monument Road in Summertown on Friday.
Around 6:30 p.m. Justin Dickson, 44, was traveling east on East College Street when he failed to stop his vehicle at the intersection of East College and Monument Road.
His Toyota Tundra struck a vehicle operated by Chasity Bates on the driver's side, and Dickson's vehicle came to rest in a ditch off Monument Road.
Bates vehicle overturned and also came to rest in a ditch off Monument Road where Dickson was tragically killed in the crash.
The report notes Dickson was not wearing a seatbelt, while Bates and her passengers were all seatbelted.
