Thief Breaks In To Steal Game System
Law enforcement officials were asked to initiate an investigation last week after a Summertown resident discovered someone had broken into her home to steal a game system.
The crime was reported by a resident of North Old Military Road. The victim, age 55, reported to Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies that she had returned home to find a window broken, screen damaged, and her Wii system missing. She said nothing else appeared to be missing.
Reports show that loss and damages were estimated to total $425.
