Prowler Makes Off With Chainsaws

   A Blooming Grove resident who awakened overnight Sunday to the sounds of a prowler outside his home, quickly discovered that some of his property had been stolen.

   The victim, a resident of Blooming Grove Road, reported the incident shortly after midnight Monday. He told Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies dispatched to investigate, that he had heard the sound of someone passing outside his bedroom window.

   When he went to investigate, the resident reports that he discovered two chainsaws missing from outside his home.

   The incident currently remains under investigation.
