Maury County firefighters were dispatched to a vehicle extrication after vehicle fell off roadway.

 

On Friday at 5:36PM units were dispatched for an MVA on Fred White Rd. Responding units: Rescue 21, Engine 21, Support 20, Deputy 20, Chief 20.

Units arrived to find a vehicle well off the roadway with the only occupant heavily entrapped. Rescue 21 went to work removing the drivers side of the vehicle and the roof. A tree had pierced the floor board of the vehicle and luckily missed the driver.

Support 20 and Chief 20 established and LZ for Air Evac 09. THP is investigating the crash.
