Doctor Shopping Case Dismissed In Court Friday
Charges that had been issued against a local man regarding an attempt to illegally obtain prescription drugs were dismissed during court proceedings Friday.
The charges had been brought against Christopher Travis Marks. He was arrested on the “doctor shopping” charge on December 10.
Marks appeared in Lawrence County General Sessions Court on Friday, February 1. During those proceedings the judge opted to dismiss the charges against him.
