Owner and operater of Opry Mills and The Mall at Green Hills, is collaborating on a project with Nashville based AJ Capital Partners to bring luxury shopping center to Middle Tennessee.

 

Simon Property Group, which owns and operates Opry Mills and The Mall at Green Hills, is collaborating on a project with Nashville-based AJ Capital Partners.
Construction on a 325,000 square foot mixed-use center which is expected to begin breaking ground in 2026.

The property group announced on Wednesday it has agreed to purchase a site in Williamson County to develop a new luxury shopping center known as Nashville Premium Outlets.

The outlet mall will be located at the intersection of Interstate 65 and I-840 with Luxury brands such as Hermès along with plans to include 75 retailers, restaurants and a hotel, with the potential to add residential options, big-box retailers and more.
